How reward seasons work
We run the shop in seasons. Shop while signed in, climb a ladder of titles, and each title you reach can bring something back.
This page describes how the programme works. Your own ladder shows you your numbers — your title, your progress and exactly what it carries.
BEAT ONE
A season is a stretch of time
Seasons follow one another back to back, each with a start, an end and a theme our team chooses. Only one is ever running.
Everything you earn belongs to the season it was earned in.
Season names and titles are written by our team and can change during a season. Your ladder always shows the current version.
BEAT TWO
Shopping through the season moves you up
Orders you place while signed in move you along a ladder of titles. Each title sits at a point on the ladder, and you climb it by shopping.
An illustration, not a scale. The number of titles and their names change from season to season — your ladder shows this season's.
Sign in before you order
Orders placed as a guest never count toward a season, and they can't be attached to an account afterwards — not even by matching the email address. Signing in first is the whole trick.
An order counts when it's paid
Not when it's placed. The moment payment lands is also the moment that decides which season the order belongs to. Rewards appear a moment after that, not instantly.
BEAT THREE
Each title can carry rewards
Reaching a title can bring up to three things. Some titles carry all three, some carry only the title itself — what each one holds is decided per season and shown on your ladder.
A coupon
A single-use code that's yours alone, with its own expiry date. Use it at checkout like any promo code.
A gift
A product added free to one order. Gifts have a claim deadline that outlasts the season — the date sits on your own gift.
An ongoing perk
A discount that applies automatically while you hold your highest title. Nothing to enter.
Perks don't stack. Reaching a higher title replaces the perk below it.
Only your highest title's perk is live at any time. The titles you passed stay yours as status — they don't add a second discount on top.
BEAT FOUR
Seasons end, and you keep a head start
When a season closes, a portion of what you spent carries into the next one, so you never begin from nothing. That head start can restore a title and its perk.
It doesn't re-issue coupons or gifts — those are earned by shopping in the season itself. Enough to keep a title, not enough to skip the ladder.

The questions we get most
Anything with a number in it — your progress, your title, your deadlines — is on your ladder.
Why is my progress lower than what I paid?
Progress counts the merchandise total after discounts — not the order total. Shipping, tax and free gift lines are left out, so the figure on your ladder sits below what your card was charged. That's expected, and it's the same for everyone.
I ordered as a guest — can it be added to my account?
No. Guest orders never count toward a season and can't be claimed later, even with the same email address. Sign in before you check out and it counts.
I've paid but nothing has changed yet
Nothing counts until payment lands, and your ladder updates a moment after it does. If an order is still awaiting payment, it hasn't joined the season yet.
Do the perks from lower titles still apply?
Only your highest title's perk is active. Lower titles stay yours as status, not as stacked benefits.
Can I give a coupon or a gift to someone else?
Rewards are tied to the account that earned them. Coupons are single-use and can't be transferred, and a gift has to be claimed by its deadline on the account that earned it.
Is there a points balance anywhere?
There are no points, no balance and no store credit — nothing to convert or spend. You shop, you reach titles, and titles carry rewards. Orders paid before the programme began don't count.
